History

PYC Express Co.,LTD was found in 13th February, 2003 for the purpose of domestic and international delivery. Our policy is to deliver and service with honesty, heart, check able, fast and safe. We receive many reliance from many of the Trans-Sonic Express Customers, that have used or service for over 10 years

Staff Policy
We have select the most qualified and seniority people with many experience with servicing customers and delivering objects or documents.We have send every of our staff and crew profile to the royal thai police department to verify the information of our staff and crew that they're trustable for doing delivering job.Each staff and crew have also been insurance, for policy of safe service to our customers.
 
We have arrange seminar every 1st Saturday of each months for over 12 years.To evaluate each of our staff and crew for there performance in work, for each of the months.And to fix or comment on any of there mistake during there performance to increase the performance of our staff and crew during service and delivery. Staff and crew are also able to participate in giving suggestion, opinions, ideas and activities to improve the relationship of each staff and crew.
 
We also have 5S project and best employees of the monthss award. For staff and crew to follow the policy of our company to make fast, safe and checkable delivery.
 
We have suggestion box to get suggestion for proplems that the staff or crew want to tel the CEO or the owner, staff and crew are able to comment in the suggestion box without writing there named down. So that the CEO can solve the problem herself.
 
System And Security

We have agree to keep each customers information as a secret to every other customers under the law of thailand. This rules needed to be follow by each and every of our crew and staff.
 
Customers can verify/check the process of delivery through Call Center from Monday-Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 Except for bank holiday.
 
Call Recorder system will record every evidence of calling with customers and staff to used for evidence or find customers number to call back incase there were some problem with the delivering process.
 
Security Camera to secure the safety of the building
 
Buildings Alarm to secure the building from robbery and thief, only few staff and crew know the code to activate/inactivate the alarm.
 
We have a safe and a room to keep our each of our customers documents/items/cheque/invoice, only few crew and staff will have password to enter the room, the password will be change every 3 months.
 
We also have verify program for our customers to check/verify the process of delivery from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. And able to retrospect the information 6 months afterward.
 
Services
Delivery from the addresser place to receiver place as Door To Door service through different transportation such as airplane, motorbike, cars, et cetera. We deliver both inside Bangkok and outside Bangkok (Other Province/State). Every workday from Monday-Friday, start at 08:30 till 17:30. To call our call center, dial 0-2539-8912 then dial 16
 
Collecting Cheque/Billing Invoice in Bangkok districts and other provinces. We have 2 Options of delivery system for the customers.For more information contact our call center.

Insurances
Delivering Documents/Items: Incase document or item were lost our damage duting the delivery by our staff, we will pay by the cost of the document/item, however not over 5,000 per 1 set of document/item or occurrence.
 
Collecting Cheque/Billing Invoice: Incase staff wasn't able to collect the cheque or bill invoice at the time it was due becuase of there was error in our performance and process during delivery we will pay for our slow delivery and low performance. However not over 10,000 per 1 occurence or 1 customers code.
 

Damage and harm that we won't insure:

3.1. All Natural Disaster: Storms, Floods, Earthquakes, Lightning, Etc.

3.2. Wars, Rebellion, Protest, Coup D'etat, Riots.

3.3. Already Damaged Inside From Addresser.

3.4. Customers did'nt follow the agreement or rule that was made with TS.
